2.What personal data we process

Data you provide (contact and audit forms): name, company name, email address, website URL, the content of your message, and the language you selected.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, site-usage data, and identifiers collected via cookies.

Advertising and analytics data: events about your interaction with the site, collected with your consent through analytics and advertising tools.

3.Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Responding to enquiries and audit requests, and preparing the service, legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.
  • Managing the client relationship and delivering the service, legal basis: contract.
  • Marketing communications (e.g. newsletter), legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Site analytics and ad targeting and measurement, legal basis: consent (cookies).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting), legal basis: legal obligation.

4.Cookies and tracking technologies

We use essential cookies that are necessary for the site to work. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies:

  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads), analysing site usage and measuring and targeting advertising.
  • Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), measuring and targeting advertising, including server-side measurement.

Non-essential cookies are only set after you have given consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the site's cookie settings. You can also block cookies in your browser.

5.Sources of data

We receive data primarily from you when you fill in a form or contact us. Technical data is collected automatically when you use the site.

6.Processors and recipients

We use trusted providers that process personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (DPA). We do not sell personal data.

  • Database and server infrastructure, storage of form and contact data. Data is stored within the EU/EEA.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., United States), email communication and marketing.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), advertising and analytics (Google Ads, Google Analytics), based on consent.
  • Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc.), ad targeting and measurement (Meta Pixel, Conversions API), based on consent.
  • Website platform / hosting, technical operation of the site.

Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

7.Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers (including Mailchimp/Intuit, Google and Meta) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), together with any necessary supplementary measures. We ensure every transfer has an appropriate legal basis.

8.How long we retain data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless law requires longer. After that it is deleted or anonymised. Retention of analytics and advertising data is governed by the settings of each tool.

9.Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify inaccurate data,
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

10.Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make significant decisions about you based solely on automated processing. We use ad targeting based on your consent.

11.Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to data is limited to those who need it for their work.
