Practically all the work is on us. From you we need:

  • Read-only access to the Google Ads account (Tools → Access → read-only).
  • Access to GA4 and Search Console if you use them.
  • About a 30-min kickoff and a 45-min walkthrough.

Granting access takes a couple of minutes, and it's practically all we need.
